Dear Friends and Family,
This summer I am excited to have the opportunity to return to Romania with a team of 14 people from my church, Stonegate Fellowship. We will travel to Romania to provide an English Camp for university students where we form relationships and find opportunities to share our faith in Christ, while serving the leadership of Pro Deo and the students. Pro Deo, a Baptist Church in Romania, started this camp several years ago to reach university students. For several years, Stonegate has joined with Pro Deo in this and several other outreach events and I look forward to working alongside these friends again. We depart on July 15th and return July 27th.
I am writing this letter to build a support team and to give you the opportunity to be a part of this effort. I am fully funding my expenses for this trip, but I ask for your prayers to support this mission endeavor. Although I am funding my own expenses, our team is still raising funds for this trip. The cost per person is $1525 per person to be turned in by July 14th. If you feel that God is leading you to help financially with this effort I encourage you to do so. My personal prayer is that God would prepare us mentally, physically and spiritually for what lies ahead, that our focus would be on glorifying God in everything we do, that opportunities would arise for us to share the gospel and that we would be clear in our communication.
